The core focus of the linehaul division is high bulk, Hazchem, break bulk, and palletised cargo deliveries throughout South Africa and neighbouring countries. Our fleet includes modern vehicles suitable for a variety of cargo types, and operations are coordinated from our regional hubs to ensure timely and secure deliveries across all major routes.
We also offer the collection and delivery of import and export containers to and from the Durban container terminal. At our Mount Edgecombe depot, Renwood Carriers operates a container storage facility with specialised handling equipment on site. A dedicated team ensures smooth container movements, while additional covered storage is available for secure short- and long-term solutions.
Our daily operations include local distribution deliveries in Johannesburg and Durban. We provide reliable, scheduled deliveries using a modern fleet of vehicles, supported by experienced drivers and logistics staff. Additional warehousing and loading facilities are available at both locations to ensure smooth handling and timely distribution of goods.
Renwood Carriers renders cross-border transport services, with key partnerships, to Zambia, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Lesotho, Mozambique, and Botswana. Our operations are supported by experienced drivers and reliable vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. Strategic hubs and coordination teams in each region provide seamless management of shipments across all major routes.
Renwood Carriers boasts crane trucks, with the crane built into the structure of the truck, enabling the loading, offloading, and movement of large products. Our fleet of specialised vehicles ensures safe handling of heavy and oversized items, with trained operators on site. Additional support and storage facilities are available to streamline logistics and improve operational efficiency.
Our side loader is a specialised piece of equipment used for the hoisting of containers. It allows for efficient loading and offloading of containers at our depots and client sites. With trained operators and dedicated storage areas, we ensure safe handling and smooth movement of containers for both short- and long-term storage solutions.
We are able to transport your abnormal loads safely and efficiently. With extensive experience in managing the delicate process of moving oversized and heavy cargo, our team ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Specialised vehicles and equipment are used to handle abnormal loads, supported by careful planning and dedicated staff to guarantee secure delivery.
We offer short, medium and long term warehousing and container storage solutions. At our Mount Edgecombe head office, 5000m² is dedicated to container storage with a 32 and 40 ton container handler on site. A further 2000m² of covered warehousing is available. In our Jet Park distribution facility in Johannesburg, 1000m² of covered storage space is available.
